How to Order
Orders can be placed to us through several different methods - website or mail order.

Website orders
Our website ordering online allows a secure system shopping cart that will accept Visa, MasterCard using PayPal online payment services. PayPal is a convenient and secure email based system of sending money and making payments that requires you to have an account with them. There is no membership involved here and the service is 100% free. Visit the PayPal website for more information. Your order will be shipped after payment is cleared.

Mail orders Payment can be made via money order to our SILVA bank account. Email confirmation of the order and receipt of payment will be sent to the buyer. The confirmation includes all of the required information such as item #, quantity, amount, etc.
We cannot process credit card orders via postal mail at this time. Money orders should be made payable to with the following details:

All items are individually shipped directly from our premises in Belgium via Priority Mail. The actual shipping cost has to be added to the price of goods by selecting in a simple spreadsheet the relevant fees based on destination and type of order - greeting cards, A4 size mounted reproductions or posters. A minimal handling charge applies to the total order.

Orders/Delivery Times
Orders are processed immediately and a confirmation message is sent within seven (7) business days. The confirmation message can be sent by email or fax and includes the tracking number of your order. Expect delivery within 2 - 3 weeks.

Item Availability
Each item offered for sale in the Horse Art Gallery is drop-shipped directly from our premises in Belgium. Availability of certain items is subject to change without notice. If something is ordered that is no longer available, we will let you know before processing your order and/or payment so that you may opt for substitution or deletion of that item from your order.

Return Policy
Returns may be made within the first 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipment of returned merchandise. Report damaged goods or discrepancies to the Horse Art Gallery immediately upon receipt. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible.

Security and Privacy Policy
The Horse Art organisation has taken precautions to safeguard customer data and confidential information. Any personal information that is collected from customers, is used solely by the Horse Art organisation in the processing of orders. It is not sold, traded or rented to others. The data and information is for our private records only.
